You’ve heard the adage “location, location, location.” I think the adage should be “timing, timing, timing.” It’s hard to think about “timing” a real estate purchase when you see prices going up and up and up the way they have in Taos for the last couple of years. However prices have gone up much farther and much faster in many other places. If you compare Taos to other quaint towns in the Rocky Mountain region that have similar recreational and cultural activities, Taos seems undervalued.
